Grade X students embarked on an educational excursion to ‘THE NATIONAL MUSEUM’
Students of Grade X students embarked on an educational excursion to ‘THE NATIONAL MUSEUM’ on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023, where they were able to discover and appreciate the extensive collection of more than 2,00,000 exquisite works of art from diverse cultures, both Indian and foreign. These works cover a time span of over five thousand years of our cultural heritage.
During their visit, the students were particularly drawn to the galleries showcasing the ‘Mauryan Empire,’ ‘Inscriptions,’ and ‘Coins.’ Their curiosity about these historical artifacts led them to explore Indian symbols and literary characters, enabling them to delve deeper into their country’s rich cultural past.
Overall, the students had a delightful and informative time exploring the heritage site and learning about their country’s fascinating history
